Originally owned and led by father and son, Wayne and Richard Koerhing, Waymar’s product line primarily consisted of contour mold seating serving the cafeteria and fast-food markets since its conception in 1972. Today, Waymar offers one of the broadest product lines in the marketplace, backed by a unique hassle-free warranty program. A leading supplier in the upscale casual dining market, Waymar serves recognizable restaurant chains including national brands P.F. Changs, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Applebees, as well as local franchises Bonfire and Granite City Brewery. Waymar maintains a strong regional presence in the Mid-Central states, while being recognized as a nationwide provider of restaurant furniture.

About J.H. Carr & Sons, LLC?
J.H. Carr has been a leader in the hospitality industry since it was founded by James and Louise Carr in 1938 in Seattle, Washington. The Carr brand is recognized throughout the Pacific Northwest for its stylish upholstery designs that have filled eating establishments for over seven decades.
J.H. Carr’s upholstered booth product line sets the trend and the bar for the competition. Ownership was transitioned from mother and father to sons Jerry and James Carr in 1981. Approaching the age of retirement, the Carr brothers sold the business to Waymar Industries in 2008. The acquisition of J.H Carr located in Kent, Washington, was a first important step for Waymar to be the consolidator within the framework of the fragmented marketplace.
J.H. Carr maintains a strong regional presence in the Pacific Northwest. Partnering under the Waymar Companies umbrella, J.H. Carr is now a nationwide provider of hospitality furnishings.
