Production Team Member
The Production Team Member will engage in any or
all phases of building, assembling, packaging,
and shipping wood and metal restaurant
furniture. Essential duties include:

Performing general woodworking skills based
upon department assigned. Woodworking skills
include the ability to perform one or more
of the following:
-
Use hand tools such as hammer, staple
gun, screwdriver, electric drill
-
Operate woodshop machinery
-
Measure and cut/saw hardwood lumber with
power, band, jig, or table saws

Sand hardwood lumber
-
Varnish or stain wood
-
Set forms and glue or laminate surface(s)
based upon furniture product
specifications
-
Sew and/or upholster chair and booth
custom orders
-
Assemble wood and metal furniture
-
Package furniture and perform necessary
steps for shipping with no product
damage
-
Following company procedures to ensure
customer orders are processed in a timely
fashion.

Advising of any machinery or tools needing
maintenance to Supervisor promptly.

Maintaining clean work area, returning
equipment and hand tools to their proper
storage locations.
Work Schedule
Day Shift:
6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Thursday. Extended
hours may be required as service needs dictate.
Compensation
Starting rate of pay is $10.25 per hour for day shift or $11.25 per hour for night shift. New hires are eligible for up to a $700 lump sum payment of Waymar Performance Pay if attendance, punctuality, safety and performance goals are met during the first 90 days of employment. The incumbent will be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, paid time off and more following 60 days of employment.
